It is the fact people get wrong about us most often, so it is the first thing on this page. Neither side is a side project, and the boundary between them is not blurred.
What we run for you
Software, AI systems, automation and integrations, designed and built for your business and then operated on your behalf. You do not get handed a login and a manual. The system runs, and we are the ones keeping it running.

The same three steps produce every venture we own, and they are the reason we can be trusted with somebody else’s. We do not start from a market we read about, we do not stop at a demo, and we do not leave once it is launched.

We go looking for the expensive, manual, error-prone work inside an industry we actually understand, not a market we read about.
Build the product
A small team ships the real thing, in production, with paying users. Determinism where it matters, AI where it helps.
Run the company
We do not hand the venture over or sell it on at launch. Each one stays ours to operate, support and improve.

Four rules, not four adjectives.
Every studio says it is passionate and innovative. These are the four things we have actually written down, which means they are the four you can hold us to.
- We do not claim what we cannot show
- No invented clients, metrics, integrations, capabilities or prices. Where a demo runs on stand-in data we say which figures are real. Parts of this site exist to tell you what we are not going to assert, and that is deliberate.
- We stay with what we build
- Every venture stays ours to operate, support and improve. The same applies to client systems: building it and running it are one engagement, not a handover.
- Deterministic where it matters, AI where it helps
- A number that a business is going to act on is produced by an explicit rule, not generated by a model. AI reads, drafts and accelerates. It does not get the last word on arithmetic.
- A person approves before a customer sees it
- Automation drafts the reply, the follow-up and the report. Someone signs off before it leaves. Anything that fails surfaces as an alert rather than as work nobody hears about again.
Who you are actually dealing with.
LoopSmiths is a small studio. That is a real constraint and we would rather state it than dress it up: the people who scope the work are the people who build it and the people who keep it running afterwards.
